    • Purchase your eSIM plan, provide EID and IMEI2 numbers by dialling *#06#
    • AT&T eSIM do not have QR code, eSIM will be push directly into your phone on your chosen activation date
    • Go to Settings > Mobile > Add eSIM, the AT&T eSIM will appear
    • Turn on data roaming (in Canada & Mexico) to use the eSIM

Important Notes

  • eSIM activation will occur one day prior to the activation date specified between 9 AM and 5 PM New York time (GMT-5).
  • No high-speed data, the eSIM comes with a maximum speed of 3Mbps before slowing to 1.5Mbps once the 30GB data allowance is exhausted

  • iPhone with eSIM functionality only (iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17). Android phone will not work.

Troubleshooting Guide

eSIM not working? Don’t stress! Follow this guide to get you up and running.

  1. Disable VPN and any secondary SIM/eSIM lines (for dual SIM phones)
  2. Connect to Wi-Fi and go to Settings > Mobile > Add eSIM to add the AT&T eSIM.
  3. Confirm mobile data is sourced from our eSIM (i.e. the correct eSIM profile is selected)
  4. Turn data roaming on (Android: select all network)
  5. Wait up to 10 minutes for activation to occur
  6. APN: NXTGENPHONE | Username: [blank] | Password: [blank] (Android: select manually)
  7. Set the network operator to automatic. For Canada and Mexico, select manually, refer to the list below
  8. Restart your phone and/or turn on and off airplane mode
